Bodyweight Circuit

Here's an intermediate level bodyweight home workout to get your joints moving and your heart rate elevated:
6 rounds of:

  • Broad jumps x 10 reps
  • Push ups x 10 reps
  • High knees x 10 reps (each leg)
  • Floor hip lifts x 10 reps
  • Mountain climbers x 10 reps (each leg)
  • Star jumps x 10 reps


Rest for 1-2 minutes at the end of each round and repeat up to 6 times.
