Bodyweight Circuit
Here's an intermediate level bodyweight home workout to get your joints moving and your heart rate elevated:
6 rounds of:
- Broad jumps x 10 reps
- Push ups x 10 reps
- High knees x 10 reps (each leg)
- Floor hip lifts x 10 reps
- Mountain climbers x 10 reps (each leg)
- Star jumps x 10 reps
Rest for 1-2 minutes at the end of each round and repeat up to 6 times.
