Making dinner tonight, I was meant to be putting sausages in frying pan and oven chips in oven - you've guessed - tried to do it other way round

Toasted a tea towel under the grill and set off a mini bonfire in the kitchen last night. Managed to toast bread this morning though!

Turned on the TV this morning. No signal probably because of the snow.
Stood looking at the blank screen thinking perhaps we had a power cut.
The kettle was on and the screen said no signal.

I did a cracker yesterday, couldn't believe it - I had blown my nose and had the hanky in my hand and went to make a cuppa. I meant to throw the hanky in the bin, but realised it was
in the cup
and I was pouring boiling water on it!

Oh dear
Having spent most of the day horizontal I've not had the opportunity to make too many mistakes so far.
I do however seem to have an awful lot of cottage cheese in the fridge

Whilst cleaning kitchen left top cupboards open
DH came inside, bent to take something from bottom cupboards and didn't look above his head
