Hi Limpy, good to see you back! No I didn't eat it because it tasted a bit funny!   :o
I put another egg on to boil, and that one was underdone, but I ate it.  Had any mishaps with lamb recently? ;D

Hi Pixie - Glad you avoided that egg

Haven't had any incidents with lamb recently, but there was a close run thing with a chicken last week...... ;D

CLKD How about contact lenses? ;D

Limpy, what happened with the chicken?

Millemoo, I'm always putting the wrong things in the fridge

I was talking nonsense to mum earlier, kept forgetting what I was saying mid sentence and going off in a different direction, get words all back to front too.  She looked a bit baffled  >:(

Can't bear the thought of anything in my eyes  :o

Himself went into the garden earlier to prune the apple trees, then came in to go to the loo  ::)   I told him to sit down  ;)

 ;D

My colleague who is 50, said she rang me last night, but spoke to her husband's boss's wife in error, who has the same name.  She couldn't figure out what had happened to my voice! :-X

As an aside - I took my 3 pairs of reading glasses into Boots Optician area and they were repaired and cleaned for FREE  :-* - so must remember NOT to put them onto the top of the poultry run/car/compost bin  ::)

Oooops I have done that in the petrol station. I then tried to look as if I meant to do it and climb into the drivers side. I felt a right plonker  ;D ;D

I lost my mums spare keys a couple of weeks ago. I thought I had thrown them away in the wheely bin, when I was bringing a bag of mums shopping and rubbish from the car to the door.  Anyway today,  I was going indoors, my neighbour was puffing away outside, said - "Are those the keys you lost hanging up on the branch of that tree?"  and yes, they were her rusty keys!  I don't know how they got there, but, I must've dropped them on the ground whilst carrying all those bags, and someone hung them up there, like a xmas decoration  ;D

I keep getting side tracked in the house - meant to put knickers in washing basket, but came downstairs with them in my hand - easily solved though, I just put them in washing machine instead.  I don't know how many times I go upstairs for something, do half a dozen other things whilst up there, come back and then remember I never got thing I went for  :whist:
