Probably muntjac as the flavour isn't as strong as the larger deer.  Can you smell it ?

I'll get my cycle out and put some into a Vaccuum ....... see the kettles already on but it may require a fresh boil when I arrive  :bbq:

First post on this whicky whacky new format!

Slow cooked lamb shanks with root vegetables and shredded kale. Oh and some sprouts because I love them and they will stop soon!!
