Simples 4 me to, I have a Chef  :whist:  cooking purple sprouting, yam mash with butter around a roasted chicken  :-*

Nah,my salads are piled high,cheese,avocado,sweetcorn,mixed leaves,you name it, I pile it on,also make my own dressings  :)

Oh a dressing recipe - please, so that the Chef can have a go  ;)

Avocado however are not 'green' as they take acres of ground as well as a lot of water plus travelling half way across the World.  I've tried them occasionally but still can't decide whether I do/not like them  ::)

Well,my fave is olive oil (a good one) balsamic vinegar,honey & a spot of Dijon mustard  :)

If I can share your view then yes  ;)

getting myself round a small chopped banana with custard, a bit of sugar on top and half a pear.  That's elevenses then.
