He is probably correct.  Lack of sleep can be tiring in itself  ::) - can you not doze in the afternoon …….. you may get good quality sleep and 'catch up'!

Patience with the spuds Kerrieann  ;D

Really health dinner Galadriel. Just cube up all the mangoes and avocado and whole prawns. Finely dice a red chilli, some cherry tomatoes and cucumber. Juice of a lime and some olive oil drizzled over. Toss with some coriander and serve with some salad leaves.

Yummy.

Cold chicken, chorizo sausage, pasta, courgettes, yellow peppers, lime pickle and a glass of chilled white wine.  I needed strong tastes and something soothing because I came home feeling lurgied.   It helped..   ::)

Tonight was carbonara ala Gino 's recipe. So quick!

Kerrieann every sympathy regarding sleep, or rather lack of it.  I'm going through a phase again & it's doing my head in.

What's 'pulled pork' exactly  :-\

2-night DH cooked a trout caught 24 hours ago with newly dug new spuds  :-* - stuffed now!

Pork that's cooked within an inch of its life usually with some kind of sauce and then pulled into stringy bits.

You can tell I'm a fan  ::)

Tuna steaks and salad ala Jamie.

Really nice and very healthy. Followed by blueberries and raspberries.
