Marinated lamb chops with new potatoes and our own peas.
Sorry you are a bit off kerrieann.
My daughter has just texted me to say she has made her and her boyfriend Spag Bol for dinner. She was having lessons earlier in the week. She is keen to learn something other than pizza and pasta bake
. He said it was great....he is a quick learner

Chicken & mushrooms in a white wine & mustard sauce with jersey royals.
Update
Jersey royals were dire.
Chicken and mushroom concoction worked well

Better today Kerrieann - did you get through the night without problems? Being tired makes me really queasy
Chicken curry left over from last night, expect on a bed of rice with home made chutney
Spagh bol was soooo 'in' during the 1970s
- it's what DH cooked when we had 'people round', awkward for new visitors
and slightly messy at times ………

Spag bol never goes amiss. Always got ingredients in case son suddenly announces he's coming for dinner.
Tonight making chicken curry casserole with remains of yesterday's roast chicken.

She is learning different things to cook, so it's a good basic to know how to do.
Oven baked ribs in BBQ sauce tonight with baked potatoes and salad. We have had a roast th e last two weeks so I wanted something a bit different for a change.

Is a good basic HB. A few tweaks & it could be chilli con carne.
