He is probably correct. Lack of sleep can be tiring in itself
- can you not doze in the afternoon …….. you may get good quality sleep and 'catch up'!

Patience with the spuds Kerrieann
Really health dinner Galadriel. Just cube up all the mangoes and avocado and whole prawns. Finely dice a red chilli, some cherry tomatoes and cucumber. Juice of a lime and some olive oil drizzled over. Toss with some coriander and serve with some salad leaves.
Yummy.

Cold chicken, chorizo sausage, pasta, courgettes, yellow peppers, lime pickle and a glass of chilled white wine. I needed strong tastes and something soothing because I came home feeling lurgied. It helped..

Tonight was carbonara ala Gino 's recipe. So quick!
Kerrieann every sympathy regarding sleep, or rather lack of it. I'm going through a phase again & it's doing my head in.

What's 'pulled pork' exactly
2-night DH cooked a trout caught 24 hours ago with newly dug new spuds
- stuffed now!

Pork that's cooked within an inch of its life usually with some kind of sauce and then pulled into stringy bits.
You can tell I'm a fan
Tuna steaks and salad ala Jamie.
Really nice and very healthy. Followed by blueberries and raspberries.
