It's probably that your own body has contributed some estrogen just randomly. It's why bloods are not reliable during peri. If you feel good apart from this I wouldn't change anything. Lenzetto is quite low dose and it would be very unusual to be at 1000pmol just on Lenzetto.... more likely that your body made some.

1000pmol isn't that high, by the way. Your own body would have regularly been that high when you ovulated every month most of your life.

I can check again with guest services and see if they know.
We are in a small resort quite a distance from town, so will check before I make a taxi journey

I use it when I need it at night. It helps create drowsiness but not with getting from that light sleep state into deep sleep.

I don't take it regularly, just if I'm having a bad night. I find it makes my head a bit thick and muggy in the mornings. (Even 50mg.)

I think surely there must be a pharmacy of some kind, selling some kind of estrogen, everywhere? Even if it's not Sandrena it would be better than nothing?

Yes, this has been going on before that when I was just using regular soap.

I actually think I might be absorbing a bit better with the shower gel because apparently moisturised skin absorbs better according to research.

Thank you.
No to the pharmacy, so will do the half dose until I run out and still start the progesterone

I'm pretty assertive, came with my job. But when you're at the mercy of someone to diagnose and treat you, it's like you don't want to irritate them and in my case sat with legs akimbo, gyny crouched below with a scope up there, and fainting,  I couldn't say assertive never mind be it!
