Unfortunately you've posted on a forum that is very HRT pro.
Personally, I'd take HRT if it made me feel better and I could - but, for whatever reason, it makes me very ill. But I'd take it because I'm very poorly with no quality of life.
But according to Chatgpt about 14-15% of menopausal women in UK use HRT, meaning 85-86% do not. I dont believe for one min that 85% of post meno women are suffering really badly. Certainly the women I know are not.
So, if you are just looking for a bit of support, prefer the natural approach - I say that's fine. Why not?!?
That said I think there's a lot of money being made on duff natural 'solutions'.
So, I'll pay it forward. I've just seen one of THE top meno doctors in the UK. And Femarelle was recommended as a natural.alternative to HRT. Apparently it's the only supplement with research findings backing it.
Have a look. Understand I haven't used this product. But neither had I ever heard of it. But as I say, recommend by a top meno expert.
Worth a look.
And if you do try it, please can you let us know how you get on. Xx
