Sounds normal to me. I can go for a few weeks feeling great and no symptons of anything but it never lasts. It's just getting older, things start to go wrong and need fixing, I call it wear and tear. It feels depressing when we have ailments one after the other and it does cause anxiety but it sounds like you are doing all the right things to make the most of it and are living a healthy lifestyle. The winter months don't help our health in this country and the sun always seems to lift my spirits and my wellbeing.
You have got a lot to deal with at the moment so don't be hard on yourself, have a nap if you need it, keep looking after yourself as you're doing.
TMJ is common when you are feeling stressed, I grind my teeth at night when worried about things and it causes earache and makes my tinnitus worse, it all stops when the worrying does. The migraines could be linked to worry too.
It's so frustrating waiting for hospital appointments and we know the NHS is in a bad way at the moment, but hopefully once you've been seen you'll get the reassurance and help you need.
All this and going through menopause is a lot of strain mentally and physically on our bodies. So I think it's totally normal to feel any way we like.
