I changed my HRT method (Patches to Gel) in Mid November '24 and from December to now, I have had the worst cramping!

I previously had bleeding which has been investigated fully but the last two days, I've had no bleed but the cramping is still terrible. My GP doesn't know what's causing it as I've had all my tests done and everything was normal.

Has anyone gone through this after changing HRT? Ibuprofen doesn't help.

U could have continued on your other threads by simply changing the subject line 

MayB speak to the Pharmacist about pain relief: types and how often 1 can take them.  'feminax' eased my period pains, nowt else would.

It helps others to keep up2date with what members post: continuing on 1 thread and changing the subject heading means that I don't have to keep swapping from thread to thread ......... menobrain here!  How is it a different subject
