I don't want to over index and increase my patch too much now as when my levels naturally recover ill then have to dial back, so my immediate plan is just to ride it out until my own hormones kick back in. In respect of a longer term plan, and findiing a way to deal with the huge surges of hormones I get from month to month that cause me all the issues... I have no idea! I heard someone here describe it as like trying to nail jelly to a wall. Hopefully I'll be able to find more balance - I have had some success in using very low dose Progesterone in the follicular phase, as that's when I seem to have the most problems, so I may give that another try  :)

That's good.  'jelly to a wall' ........ that's similar to the expression I use when the controller is trying to get MotoGP winners to talk to camera for their after race media interviews, when they would prefer chatting with team managers etc..  "Like herding jelly"  ;D I've never found out who the guy is but he's been trying to keep control of riders for years  ::)
