Hot flushes - a sign of fluctuation or low E
« on: October 14, 2024, 01:06:33 PM »

Hi

What have most of you found in terms of hot flushes (not night sweats). Just intense hot feelings, mostly at night.

Was it wild fluctuations during peri? (And beyond) Or ultimate low E that caused them the most for you???

Many thanks.

I had hot flushes during peri - my forehead and hair would suddenly become very wet at any time of day or night (I used to hope no one at work would notice - it is only now I realise what it was, I didn't at the time - I thought I had just become a very sweaty person),

Since being post meno I have only had the very occasional hot flush which I am guessing may/may not be related to my hormones.
