Hello and welcome to the forum. Sometimes urinary leaking can be due to vaginal atrophy. This can be treated with localised oestrogen. Are you using any localised oestrogen?

Are you on any hrt? Mine was cured by adding testosterone but one of my low T  symptoms was muscle weakness which included pelvic floor. It's more usually a va system.

It may be caused by a prolapse.  I suggest seeking advice of a womens physio interested in urinary problems.  Is there a 'continence nurse' at your Surgery?

Browse round.  Ask away.

It's extremely common, part of the aging process. Pelvic floor exercises are recommended but sometimes that's not enough if you suffer muscle weakness.
Some things can be part of life, the reason panty liners are there for those that need them.
