Well - I've not felt as sleepy since I stopped swallowing  VitD tablets every morning  :-\.  My head feels clearer.

However: it's too early to decide how I might B  :D

Got to get a skin lesion looked at.

I hate medical stuff, but I can't carry on avoiding.

Tired.  Thyroid medication was unavailable the other day, still recovering from that.  The doctor's appointment feels like a mountain today but it must be done.

Tnx.  We are both well.  We were extremely tired, our stamina levels are improving day by day.  My head no longer feels tired  :-\.  Was there a blue moon?

Glad you're improving.

Yes there was a blue moon, everyone has made a fuss about it and for once I didn't.  It's usually the other way around.   ;D  I know I'm overwhelmed when I'm not aware of the moon phases, but improving here too.

Not been feeling great for a few weeks, but felt better last two days plus the itching has lessened with daily trips to the launderette and high heat drying.  Saw a private doctor because of the complete lack of help anywhere (7 pharmacists and a doctor and then a receptionist that was rude when I tried to contact the doctor again).  She agreed to continue with this regime for the time being as it seems to be working, reassured me on the skin lesion (separate issue) and said maybe another week with the washing regime and should be ok.

Was feeling better but today really on go slow.  Have changed to the progesterone and oestrogen combined patch last thursday.  I usually feel good on these, but, I don't know, feel too tired to do anything today and don't want to lose the day.  Guts are playing up as well, I'm sure just a combination of way too much dark chocolate and progesterone, but at this time of the month I NEEEED dark chocolate, lol.

Had a cough in the last few days, maybe have underlying covid, I'll do a test, but otherwise going at a SNAIL'S PACE and not happy about that lol  >:(

Accept that your body is tired?  Hormonal upheaval can cause weariness.

Me - comfortably tired.

Yes it's just all the time lately.  But will soon have another thyroid test.

Listen to your body and if. your results happen to be 'within normal limits', ask for a referral to the appt. specialist because many GPs won't do any further investigations.

Me - OK thus far  8)
