2 weeks ago we dug out a huge plant - name escapes me right now  :-\ - this morning I began cutting pieces off to 'pot on'.  Weather warm.  Birds singing.  Paused for light lunch .... off for some chocolate as pudding now  ;). oh 'loose-strife'  ::)

Will do the rest of housework after he's up.
Poor sod, he's knackered.

Yes CLKD, agreed. I've told him not to over do it.

He felt better after his sleep.
He's only in tonight, then off until Sunday.
He can rest then.

British Gas -  :bang:. Spent best part of an hour trying to get to speak to someone/anyone from BG! Booked for an engineer (online booking because I couldn’t get through on the phone!) to service our boiler this morning. The guy arrived and promptly told us that his “paperwork” was for a repair, not a service (despite us putting in the comments section “service only” on the appointment request!) He couldn’t do a service!
Hubby said to ensure £99 charge was not applied for today, guy checked with manager and confirmed it would be cancelled. Told us to do another appointment request in a completely different way and then said it would probably be him coming back out! Honestly, what a waste of time! Then got an email invoice for the call-out today  :angryfire: Im sure it was an automatically generated email but it still makes my blood boil. Add to that the hour on the phone trying to get through to them  :beat:
Customer Service, these days, in every sector (as far as I can see) is utter 👎

British Gas doesn't have a good reputation !   Why couldn't he use his gumption, ring the 'boss' and change the paper work  :-\.  It would be far easier to do the Service than a repair me thinks.  Hopefully the call out charge will be cancelled.  R U on a Contract with BG, if not change to a local guy ....... we've always used them for our heating boiler which runs on oil, won't have gas. Too unreliable  :o.

We've been round town trying to buy Milton products for the camper, at last!  Found some.   ::). Home now, light lunch eaten.

Fishing tomorrow.  MotoGP on TV Friday/weekend  :-*

Exactly what my hubby said CLKD. The service takes 15 minutes - he could easily have done it - there's just no lateral thinking these days! Nope, no contract - it's sorted for next week but will most likely go local from now on  >:(..
Now trying to motivate myself to go and lift some stubborn weeds in the garden - ooh, my poor back - I might leave it for now  ;)

Get that kneeling mat out and take it out on those weeds, however: do leave dandelions for the honey bees  ;)

Have a lookC on your local FB pages for advice about local service people.

I could sleep after very busy dreams have left me knackered  ::)

It's all online songbird, they ask for a reading once a month and then send you the bill bish bash bosh,we prefer it that way, rather than direct debit.

Little dog had last visit to the vet to get her wound checked,so that's her all ok now, poor little thing   :'(  She shakes like a leaf in there ......so do I  ;D
