I get tha drift. :o
The Italian lakes are beautiful. But Scotland takes some beating IMO. Then weve got Cumbria, Yorkshire, devon and Cornwall, Wales and Ireland..I could go on and on. Even in Essex there is some wonderful countryside. These little isles of ours have so much to offer and I havent visited nearly enough of it yet.
Camper van? My late wife always wanted one.xx

It is.  There's an old bus-type thingy that goes on trips ....... it's a bit open plan though  :D

We lived in various parts of the UK and I could sell it to anyone  ;)

I love our country.  I love the seasons.  I love the scenery ........... I wish it were all a bit closer so I didn't have to travel that far though  ;D

Teresa. Sense of humour is great to share on here. I thought mine had up and left me til recently.
Can I just say as someone whose anxiety stopped me flying for many years the flight to Italy isnt a lot longer than Scotland so how did you get on with your recent flight to Scotland?

Teresa Also. Dont feel you have to answer and if you do dont give specifics but I'm intrigued by the "actress" in you. I havent said it on here before  but i feel like sharing and I am in the entertainment industry. Im not famous or a anything but it has been my job for best part of my working life until my late wife became ill 5 years ago.

Teresa. That's amazing  I have been singing all my life as my dad  is a professional performer. When I was younger I did it as a sideline but then in my twenties i got into it full time so from then on it has been my job.  I havent worked since my late wife becane terminally ill 5 years ago and I cared for her and then she passed away

So lovely to hear of your many productions. Funnily enough my bereavement counsellor suggested I get back in the swing with am dram and I know I would love it. . But my confidence has taken such a dent with meno.
The summer school you mentioned. I wonder if it's available in my area. Maybe you could PM me  with details  dont worry if you cant.

And flying? I  so get it  I start panicking days before. It ramps up the nearer the airport and then the nearer the plane  I would rather walk out to the plane and up the steps. That fricking tunnel that leads to the plane...I hate it. I once stood on the threshold having a panic attack and the stewardess  at the door who normally smiles at you kindly and says "welcome"  grabbed me and  unceremoniusly dragged me aboard. !!

The worst is when you hear the first bars and your brain is saying "what the eff is this. I dont know how it starts" its sheer panic.you feel like saying "everybody stop looking at me now!!"
Teresa are you rehearsing at the moment?
Rehearsing with a band can be a real bore but I imagine rehearsing with a theatre company is way more fun, although hard work.
.
Dusty Springfield who is a big musical heroine of mine apparently used to write words on her hand and when you saw her doing her famous move of stretching her palm out in front and bringing it down in front of her face she actually was having a sneaky peek. Probably a myth. But I like it  :)
I love the idea of the meno choir travelling aroundc n the charabanc.(what a great word CLKD). It's a documentary waiting to happen!!

There is a wonderful outdoor concert space in Rome. I cant remember the name. It's near the Colosseum and it's set in the most beautiful gardens.x

Sounds great Teresa. Character parts are the most interesting. I would imagine you can realy put your own interpretation into it. Xxx
