Nearly 12.30.  Have no idea why I'm still up.  Should have been in bed 2 hours ago.

Somebody please tell me to go to bed 🛏.

I was ages getting to sleep but had a night without dreaming so feel more rested.

I slept. Feel more human. Bowels ok, well inactive, which is just as well as I had to get DH to hospital early, which would have been difficult if things were like they were yesterday. DH was talking about getting a taxi. But all was ok, apart from the traffic in the town.

I've had a doze; laying on a pile of cushions in our utility room where there's a cooling breeze

Me, at 01.11.  Sat on loo, listening to NCIS and typing on laptop.  Well, a girl has to have some entertainment.  Just hope Stephen doesn't want the loo in a hurry

I was awake between 2 am and 3 am but no way would I put the laptop on in the night so belated greetings to all the night owls

I read on the loo  - I was awake until 2.00 ish brain wouldn't shut off

I don't know why, but the fingers on my right hand swelled with the heat, but not the left. My eternity ring was cutting off my circulation and it woke me up.  I couldn't get it off so I was hunting in the semi dark for some E45 cream to help get it off.  I did get it off but it hurt.  Then I took an hour to get back to sleep.  I can't get the ring back on yet, it is one of the fingers that has osteoarthritis in the knuckle so said ring is in its box for now.  The other hand is not affected, how odd is that?
