This time last week I was just coming out of a London gig and I must admit that at one point it did flit through my mind as to what I would do if there was an incident.

It's a worry Taz. What is the world coming to.

They were just saying that it could be balloons exploding as they were used in the show ??? ???

Nobody seems to know what happened although balloons exploding don't make that much noise surely? It's just sad whatever caused it

Have you not eaten much today? I'm just having a cuppa and some ritz biscuits but this is my normal time for a bit of supper.

I hate that anxious queasy feeling. Have you had your relaxing bath?

I've had difficulties since Sunday, my body feels hungry but I haven't room inside for much B4 I get bloated. Think I need to resort to Colpermin and Motillium as in years gone by  :-\.  My bubble bath was OK, not as relaxing as usual.

Hope you are feeling better today CLKD.
Unfortunately they don't prescribe Mottilium anymore.
There have been links to heart problems with it.
Shame as it worked really well. Perhaps your GP will give you a very short course.

:thankyou:  slow transit is a nuisance, I was awake for hours then again at 6.40 for a bathroom visit.  At least I could sit and contemplate the birds singing through the open window  ::).  Finally admitted defeat and took an emergency anti-anxiety pill, which kicked in quicker than expected, I've had 2 Desxtrose tables, a mug of tea dan lots of dried fruits and nuts for energy.  Will go sit in the sunshine later.
