Up but just into bed 😫 going to read for awhile unfortunately the rains stopped and I like to listen to it when I'm in bed I find it very relaxing

Haven't slept well this week
so have read loads. Had to shut the windows at 2.30-ish as the curtain was blowing a cold draught across the room

Do you have a spare room he or you could decamp too? That's what we've always done if one is poorly especially with the dreaded cough which makes for very poor sleeping.

We have 2 spare rooms but are unlikely to de-camp - both beds have stuff on them, i.e. spare sheets, blankets, clothing for charity shop
- easier to toss and turn
