Just in from seeing new star trek film load rubbish but entertaining !
Took my hrt propranolol and two nytol as gp suggested oh and drops in my ears for infections I have and slapped the face cream on and applied zovieax to cold sore! Thank god its not a,patch change over night or id never get to sleep.
