I'm still up.
Just can't sleep, too hot, minds racing, can't settle.
OH downstairs on settee with our dog, too hot for her in bedroom to.

She sleeps on our bedroom floor, but it's way too hot tonight in all that fur coat,
funny thing , she hasn't blew much of her coat this season, maybe because we had her spayed.

Anyway girls, hope you all sleep sound, and refreshed in the morning.

Eyes are 1/2 closed now so will try to sleep.
I've cooled down too,
Drank a bottle water in bed, so I'll probably be needing the loo
in an hour or two.(that rhymes)

Morning jd doesn't matter what time I go to sleep the moggies wake me for breakfast every morning at 5-45.I had a late restless night so I'm tired this morning they've all gone back to sleep after a feed fat buggers,that's why I like going away I can get a lie in 😁

again, horrible isn't it?
I'll go in a bit, just watching an old Joan rivers comedy
thingy, laffing will get my mind off the old anxiety.
