Hi well I went for a walk this morning and whilst im sure it was doing me good I felt v light headed towards the end and had to have food, im getting this fainty feeling a lot, I think today this was mainly due to the fact Id had a cup of tea and biscuit at half six, then porridge at 9.00 only ate bit of that as I dried it up too much, then by half eleven felt awful, saying that on a work day I have cereal around 7am, then throughout the morning eat bananas, tangerines, chocolate (ok not so good) and mini chedders and still feel fainty lunchtime and after work, so not sure whats going on there will mention this to the doctor also x
Havent tried Femston but haven't had a natural period since Dec 2013, only the one brought on in June 2014 by coming off hrt too soon x
