Happy to help wherever I can! God knows I've had loads of help on here. Really hope it works well for you though. I have been on it for nearly a year and am really so much better, despite my own hormones chiming in now and again! You may feel a bit jittery on the patch at first - it will wear off! I find if I apply mine at night I sleep through the worst of it

ok I have had a few days break from Femseven no bleed and think tonight I will start Estradot and Utrogestan, I will try the Utrogestan before bed when my stomach is empty, and stick the patch in when my skin is dry, Ive had awful anxiety past few days, part due to work being v busy and what the clairvoyant said scared me, so im hoping this will help calm me down, I understand I may be a bit jittery on the Estradot at first but cant be worst than I feel lately, does anybody find they have to eat often to help anxiety, Im eating fruit, crisps anything in the morning to help and the last few lunch hours Ive felt quite strange/fainty until Ive had food horrible x

Started Evorel 50 nearly four weeks ago. Stupidly I began it half way through cycle and got period on day 14, so decided to miss out progesterone for a month (intend to take it vaginally  so could have got a bit messy!). Have had awful anxiety and random fatigue this week - like nothing I have had before - not sure if it's a side effect, fact my estrogen is now too high or fact my estrogen is still low and HRT not taken effect yet. Desperately hoping the Utrogeston will calm things. Am 42 and have low estrogen but normal FSH so GP not convinced my problems are peri. Reading posts on here, I am convinced they are (GP thinks I need hot flushes to be 'official' and discards my fatigue, headaches, nausea, aches, palpitations etc). Great fun all this, isn't it?!! Doesn't help matters that I am naturally the world's worst worrier!!
Let me know how you get on xx

If it makes you feel too bad you can always use it vaginally....

It will make you tired initially - it goes eventually! When I started conti, I nearly gave up in the first few weeks, but it does settle and you will hopefully feel much calmer in the end! Takes a while though!!
