Bev-thanks so much-yes it is today! I have been truly spoilt  with chocs,  a pampering hamper from my daughters including nightie,  Lavender diffusor, butterfly teapot including calming tea bags, butterfly cup and saucer and bath things-( I have a thing about butterflies in case you hadn't guessed)- the boys bought me the chocs and hubby has bought me a spa day for whenever I feel up to going!
Hoping you have had a good day- and thanks for remembering My Birthday- Lots of Love and Hugs-Mags :)

They sound like wonderful presents do you fancy sharing ha ha. Get that lovely nightie on right now & have some calming tea with a bit of wine for good measure.   You don't fancy bringing your lavender over do you it looks like Beeny will be birthing tonight for sure.
I shall call one Mags & if they are all boys I will still call one Mags! Just a pet name until the new owners tell me what they want its hard naming them yourself so we try & use big girl or little boy or whatever so we don't get too attached.
Enjoy the rest of the day xx

Hi Bev and hope all goes well with Beeny-I shall be very honoured to have one of the pups named after me-even if it isn't a girl- Thankyou!    Have had some wine but could only manage a small piece of birthday cake as I still have very little appetite- but never mind. Lots of Love Magsxx

I will try & find a way of getting a photo to you so you can choose your Mags. I need some birthday cake I feel pretty grubby when I start to do this bit so don't like to make food or drinks myself so need to stock up on calories right now. Can't leave the room either really. Have brandy, water & juice lined up might just add some chocolate too. I have the perfect excuse to sit in bed now  ;D

No baby Mags yet. She likes to keep me waiting, I was up 72 hrs last time! We are close but not in labour  :o  Trying to get a few things done but I have my stud strapped to me on my running belt as he is back from my daughters as her days off are over & I still have a girl in season who isn't going to get pregnant!! Hoovering the stairs was fun ;D You can't put dogs outside if they aren't used to it but its like having Miley Cyrus & Hugh Hefner in dog form. Why do I do this?
Hope the birthday vibes are still with you & let us know how CBT went today. Bev x

Hi  Bev- sorry nothing is happening with the labour- sounds as though you are having a chaotic time  all in all- has it helped you to focus away from your anxiety?
I had my CBT at lunchtime  today and Dawn, my therapist was very impressed with what I had achieved since last week- she thought I had done far more than she had expected.  I still however have the anxiety and lowness and don't want to go out- but maybe I am expecting too much of myself- she also explained  that the sertraline is very slow acting  and if you missed one dose or even took it later  than usual- you would notice an effect straightaway-whereas the Prozac is different and you could miss a few doses and not notice any difference. I think that's what she said anyway :-\- my brain isn't exactly in top gear at the mo!   I felt very shaky before I went but was also feeling sick, so
hadn't eaten properly and maybe that was why.  Keep me updated on the  pups and hope they arrive  soon-Love Mags :)
