Bit of a commute HoneyB!  It does help to have things that you have to do I find the kids & dogs do this for me although when I have a bad day its a bit overwhelming. Does your Mum live with you or in her own home? I can't imagine what 91 yrs old will be like. B x

In her own home thank goodness. She is a very difficult woman but over the years I have learned, kind of, how to cope with her  ::)

Enjoy your children as much as you can. They will certainly take your mind off your troubles.

Hi Mags, I am ok today. Have worked out day 4/5 of my period is my worst poorly time. I am procrastinating though not doing much, about to have a bath when I should be cleaning!
How are things with you?  Is CBT in the afternoon again?  Bev x

Hi Bev-glad you are ok- are you going back to your GP about the period thing?  There may be something else that they could give you.  My anxiety wasn.t quite as bad this morning so haven't taken a diazepam but still feel quite low and flat. Yes my CBT is this afternoon so will have to think about getting ready soon. Enjoy your bath and sod the cleaning! Love Magsx

Hi Bev- it went really well thanks- I have a really good therapist who has been there herself with the anxiety/depression, so really understands!  She said that she could see a big improvement  in me since last week-  and was pleased about my going out last weekend. So it was very positive- she has set me little goals like going down to put the washing in etc which I had already been doing. Hope you have enjoyed your lazy day-Love Magsx

Brilliant Mags! You will be so proud next week to tell her all that you have achieved. Sounds like things are on the up. Time for a bit of a sit down now, any chance of a small glass of wine?   From your very lazy friend (just for one day!)  xx

I meant for you but I had a bottle in the fridge & have poured myself a cm by coincidence. Not sure how it goes with sertraline but its not like I am having much. Everything in my life is in moderation sadly, I can feel wobbly on one sip  ;D   I used to love a glass of wine too but the meno stopped all that I felt so sick all the time.  You have a big glass for both of us. I need to keep my faculties in case Beeny starts, she has had one other litter & I stayed up for 72 hrs straight as she was sending me the wrong signals. Enjoy!  xx

Good for you and hope you enjoy it-I just had a little glass which gave me a hot flush, so that will teach me!  I can usually manage one glass when feeling ok but don't drink a lot by any means-feeling sick certainly puts you off it!
The last time I got drunk was around 15 yrs ago at a neighbours  50th party-every time I picked up my wine glass  someone had refilled it- by the end of it I was legless and can't remember getting home-if my hubby hadn't been with me I would have probably ended up asleep in someone's front garden! apparently when I did get home I was rather merry, to my eldest daughters great horror as  she had some friends round for the evening whilst babtsitting my younger children- she has never let me forget it- needless to say I have never been drunk since!  Good luck with Beeny and hope she doesn't keep you up all night-Love Magsxx

Mags- glad you got on well with your CBT today.
It was nice for your therapist to say she saw on improvement in you.
I don't think you notice things like that yourself.

Bev -hi
Haven't been on much today as I had a really bad morning but after a good howl and a talking to I felt better this after.

Sorry you have had a bad morning Dyan, have you worked out why? Did you talk to yourself?  I talk to myself all the time  ;D   Sometimes if we can work out why we had a dip it makes it easier for next time. Hope your evening carries on well & you get a good night of sleep. Bev x

Oh dear Mags can you imagine waking up in someone's garden. I bet the story gets told regularly by your kids  ;D     I still have nearly all my cm of wine I am sure its all in my head but felt dizzy after a few sips so had 3 iced fingers & a glass of orange to counteract the affects!  Its funny because when I have a really bad period pain I can sip neat brandy no problem.  Here's to a good weekend again for you. I am getting bored of myself like this I think its time I got my act together. Bev x
