Lamb skewers and Greek salad with flat bread.
If it stays dry then it will go on the BBQ, if not then under the grill.
I know what you mean Elizabethrose......everyone's dinner always sounds better.

Elizabethrose I'm the same. I type what we are having, read what everyone else is having and then I really fancy that instead! No pleasing me sometimes

I don't like lamb so no danger there MrsB! What's a Greek salad
He's added fresh garlic to the top of the pizza.

I cooked!
A little window of relief and clarity and I made champ and corned beef
not my usual style but it was delicious! Proper good quality corned beef sliced , fluffy Maris piper potatoes creamed with scallions and butter and a big glass of buttermilk to top it off😋

A Greek Salad is.
Cucumber and tomatoes with red onions and Greek olives. Toss in some olive oil with dried oregano then add cubes of Feta cheese.
Yummy.

Continuing with the Greek theme, moussaka and salad. Found some large beautiful aubergines this morning, couldn't resist! Thankfully have some batch cooked sauce in the freezer so easy peasy lemon squeezy!
His fav, let's see if I can put a spring in the step of hop-a-long!

DH made a very yummy lasagne yesterday (for the first time) so we will have the leftovers with salad when we get back from the gym.
