We're going for a picnic tonight! OH suggested it, we found a lovely place to walk the dogs along the river not far from where we live so we will take our camping chairs, picnic, rugs for the dogs, small bottle of wine and just enjoy the peace and quiet

Sounds very romantic. You would still need thermals up here though
Cold poached salmon tonight with a mint, creme freshe and mayo dressing. Green salad and potatoe salad and crusty bread.

Fear not LM
Perhaps I'd best go and have a quick glass of something to recover from the shock I nearly gave you

Son was late so had to wait so long I wasn't really hungry...it was nice though.
Won't have lost an ounce despite really cutting back. The scales stay just the same despite really cutting back. I'm going to have to wear a swimming costume in a couple of weeks and had hoped I wouldn't have to hold in my tummy ...hey ho ....big deep breath and hold

Tonight it was Chinese Take away. Yum. Mandarin chicken & noodles.
Talking of scales HB, I had asthma check the other day, nurse weighed me. I weighed 8 lbs more on her scales. I wasn't a happy bunny. I've told her I'm losing weight, even if her scales disagree.
