Becr hope you don't mind if I jump in

Lucoley, I have a thread in the forum about stopping progesterone for a week as well, which I'm currently doing.  I'm giving it one more day now and then I will change to the combined patch as usual.

Can I ask what your private doctor's views were about how you were feeling without the progesterone?  Strangely for me, even though I was supposed to change from estradiol to combined on Sunday, I am still feeling some 'progesterone like' effects in my body but much gentler, to the point of them not being a problem (a little more relaxed, more sugar craving etc, but much less)  I am going to arrange a private appointment, I should have done by now but things came up, hopefully I'll remember today.

She wasn't surprised as progesterone intolerance isn't uncommon. I do think my reaction was on the extreme side and honestly Im kind of shocked how bad it was. I feel like a completely different person off it. Not excited about starting it vaginally but fingers crossed.
