These are not your only options.
First of all are you definitely postmenopausal as no standard HRT preparation will stop you bleeding if you are still cycling endogenously.
Assuming you are postmenopausal, given that you have the patches and the micronised progesterone, I would consider taking the progesterone vaginally, which can improve tolerability and avoid the metabolism into sedating by products which occurs with first pass delivery to the liver from the gut.
If this doesn't suit, you could consider either a mirena IUS or an oral progestin.
