I have just posted for advice on my similar situation. So I’m afraid I have no real advice but please know you’re not all alone in this.
I have been investigated three times and nothing sinister was found. I do have a fibroid though so that appears to be the culprit. However, unscheduled bleeding on HRT is very common and my specialist told me that less than 1% of women on HRT who are investigated for bleeding have any serious pathology. So try not to worry too much.
