These days definitely post meno. I am nicely settled on femiston conti x 2 a day. Now, I’ve always been an extra oestrogen dabbler, but thought okay let’s reduce- so over about six months I reduced 100mgs x2 a week evorel to 0 patches and just my oral.
Okay to start with- no difference- or so I thought🤦♀️. Fast forward 6 months and I am literally struggling to walk with horrendous stiffness!!!
So last week I decided to ‘experiment’ again with the 100mcg patches- and wow!!! Talk about transformation!! I was like the bionic woman within 2 hours!!!
So questions for you good folk
1) can the patches really work that quickly? Or was/is it totally psychosomatic
2)can the lack of Oestrogen really have such awful/dramatic changes results?
I am thinking if it is the case- I will need to stay on it for the rest of my days!
