Hello.  For the past four days, it has felt like my period is coming.  I have not had a period in 2.5 years.  I feel sore and heavy around the pelvic area.  No bleeding or any other symptoms.  This year so far has been so stressful and I am so worried.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Thank you

If you have no bleeding there really should not be cause to worry. Maybe you have a fibroid(s) in progress, also not a need to worry. If it continues then go to the dr for an exam and if there's doubt, ask for an ultrasound. Best wishes!
