Does anyone have any recommendations for tummy control knickers?
And do you think they will help with a pot belly. Sick of looking pregnant!

I tried these post partum but they were so uncomfortable they didn't even last the day!
I couldn't work out whether you were meant to buy the size you are or the size you'd like to be 😉
They did make my figure look amazing though! They were called "Spanx" but that was 16 years ago so I don't know if that brand is still around.

I agree, totally uncomfortable.
Maybe try some exercises to strengthen the muscles.

Thanks everyone, will look into them, taking into account of the high waisted ones! Thank you x
Unfortunately I can't do any core exercises due to my prolapse; any core exercise or any that causes downward pressure will worsen it.

I know how disheartening it can be, I used to get so depressed with the old meno belly, you get those corsets, they're not pants but just go round the middle but do be careful not to restrict too much, not good for your insides x
