Crispy - I feel your pain. I’ve had the most horrific anxiety and mood issues since becoming peri. I used to deal with so much now I’m a husk of a woman. I keep looking out for things that might help.
Just want you to know your are not alone. X

Just a quick post from me to say you are definitely not alone. I get adrenaline rushes where I can feel my heart pounding. On top of my depression which has just been hell since this menopause thing, I just feel like I am actually going mad!

I can have people around me trying to help but most of the time I feel so alone. Mornings especially are horrific, just despair. I can go to bed feeling ok and it’s like someone has injected me with some dark slime to make my depression worse. On top of that I suffer with nausea a lot, pepto bismal is my best friend.

I am constantly searching for things to help, I have been for years now and still haven’t found the answer.

Sending love to you all suffering this hell x

Awwww ladies. It's all so hard.

I've been dealing with a lot of symptoms and the last 12 months have been absolute hell. It looks like my issues are not all hormonal.

But, I was thinking if I could get rid of the awful mood swings - it'd be a help. I hate being angry with my kids.  >:(. I hate the way my hormones make me feel.  :(

I'm sorry yours going through it too starfish and Torri. Have you tried antidepressants???

So I went thru this about in the last two years. I was a walking mess. Anxiety, paranoia. Literally a walking basket case where anything would set me off.

I started progesterone about 4 months ago and it made a huge difference in my anxiety and outbursts. Depression etc.

5 days ago I started divigel and what a difference mentally and clarity and anxiety.

Have you considered HRT?

Thanks Ms London.

Unfortunately my back story is a very long one. I've tried HRT, I've tried Prog only. I've even been through a chemical menopause. All cause me a lot of physical symptoms as I have so many body sensitivities.

My body just won't tolerate anything.  >:(
