Not a runner but had to stop swimming due to the chlorine in the swimming baths causing problems. I can swim in the sea though. Can't ride my bike anymore either, everything down there just goes numb if i do.
I've never heard of Victory oil but incredibly expensive, there are much cheaper moisturisers that will have the same effect, its the oestrogen that will do all the hard work for you. You don't say how long you have been on treatment but it takes four months to start to have any effect, go easy on your body until you start to feel comfortable again.I’ve been on vagifem 2 a week for the last 11 years . Victory oil is a moisturiser .
I'm a runner - 3 x a week. Dont have VA so can't comment on that but I would suggest also getting suitable knickers for running. I can thoroughly recommend a company called Runderwear. My husband bought me a pair for Christmas & they are lovely to wear, especially on long runs. Not cheap but worth it!
Have you asked your gynae about affect of running on VA ?Hope you don’t mind me asking. I’ve got some prolapse but really need to do more walking/running to get some weight off.
