Yep.  Is this cyclical?  I was advised to eat every 3 hours, 24/7.  Which helps that shaky feeling B4 or after a meal.

How is your diet overall?  In the last couple of years DH and I have stopped eating most ultra processed, he has always cooked from scratch but I can no longer tolerate scones, croissants, sponge cakes.  I try to eat more fruit/veg but the bowel makes remarks  :-X :o

There is not enough known about the vegas nerve which may be responsible for some of these issues.

I also get off feelings when my bowel opens too quickly, a light headed sensation and nausea  >:(. Oh the joys of slow bowels  >:( >:(

How likely is that to be, is there a family history ?  I was told during last year that I was pre-diabetic but I take statins which raise blood sugar levels  ::) and with no history on either side I wasn't worried.  Nurse however, freaked for a few weeks  :(

Over hauling our diets every 3 months might help because as the seasons change so our bodies need different levels of sustenance.  Especially at this time of year  >:(.   ::)

I've said elsewhere that a few weeks ago I cut out morning muesli and milk because I was becoming bloated by 2.30 p.m., we were away for 3/4 days when I had toast for brekkies .......... with Marmite  ;)

Mum was border line diabetic she controlled hers nicely with diet. My gran was a bad diabetic.
It’s happened a few times lately. Think I must be having to heavy meal . That’s when I tend to feel off. Going to have to try little and often. Xx

I have suffered a lot of symptoms that others have noticed so can pass on my experie4nces ;-).  Little and often keeps blood sugars even.  If the body is lacking energy then gets fed, it may react with 'OH what do I do with all this input' - my DH tells me it's my body saying 'thank you'  ::)
