Hi Pepperminty,Prune juice is at the top of the list but I rarely touch fruit juice! Avocados, apples, peaches, peanuts/peanut butter and prunes were a regular feature for me as well as a good mix of fruit and veg which are all a good source of boron to a greater or lesser degree.I found this list which may be useful:https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Boron-HealthProfessional/
SHBG has been shown to reduce in response to boron at 12mg/dayBut if you are taking a lot of meds like HRT and thyroid meds, the effect might not be enough to reduce the SHBG. If you are not taking all that and still have randomly high SHBG it is more likely to work. Boron is very safe and is really good for bone health as well.
