Have you had your vitamin D level checked? This is not included in the normal blood tests and was the sole cause of my thinning and breaking hair. A trichologist would be the next thing to consider I would think. Have you also read about the cycle of hair growth so that you can determine what may actually be happening? Changes to our hair are so upsetting.

What is your ferritin? A major cause of hair loss in women is iron deficiency. For hair loss purposes, ferritin should be 70+ and preferably over 100. Unfortunately GPs don't know this and will tell you everything is fine when your ferritin is 30.... so do get ferritin tested and then get the actual result from the GP. If it is low, join the Iron Protocol group on Facebook and follow the guides there which will tell you how to increase iron.

Resurrecting this as similar situation and wondering whether OP has had any resolution. Brain is fried trying to work out if it's nutritional or need dht blocker etc.
