I wondered if anyone had tried the Meno Complex by Purolabs?
I'm struggling with mood swings and its like different personalities come out its embarrassing when it happens in public and already cost me one friendship.
I can't take HRT but wondered if any of the 'menopause supplements' about had any particular effect on calming mood swings??
