Yes it is confusing, I got the information from the Balance app which I believe is Dr Newson. It states 100mg utragestron vaginally on alternative evenings. I will probably have to go back to trying this again prior to menapause clinic if the appointment doesnt arrive soon. Best of luck as I know how debilitating it can be and affects mental health dramatically.

Thank you Betsy, I just saw your recent post on other thread,  I am so so sorry about your suffering. I hope you will get an appointment soon. Some ladies say that using it on alternate days may cause bleeding...we could all benefit from more clarity and research.all the best
