I concur with all the other comments here that using Vagifem twice or three times a week probably won't cut it if you've had that kind of bladder issue.

Personally I found that increasing my systemic HRT just created a rather uncomfortable level of vaginal 'wetness' but didn't do much for my bladder. It wasn't until I started using Vagifem that I really noticed a difference.

I regularly use it every other day with occasional (every few months) top ups where I use it every day for a couple of weeks.

Thanks for commenting..

I will use the pessary everyday for two weeks. ( I have a week to go).
Then use every other day and see how it goes...

Now my blood pressure is high 150/90 at the docs.

I have a machine at home but I think it might be faulty reading 175/100 ish most of the time...

I have to give my readings to the doc this week ..

But on the plus side I am feeling more positive and not afraid I'm going to wee myself when I go out....

Thanks for all your comments and suggestions and support...

Get another machine?  If your BP is the same it's probably 'normal' for you.  What time do you take the pressure?  DH took. his B4 breakfast at 7.30 a.m. every morning.

All read different..

I have read they are very unreliable....

.......and breath.  This too will pass.  In the 1990s I believed that I would never leave the house  :'(.  With appropriate medication and time, I'm out and about most days.

If you don't get a regular reading then mayB avoid BP machines.  The simple fact of using one may well up the anti  ::)

Do U have hobbies?

VA needs treating for life so you will have to use it forever. I personally would not reduce it to every other day this soon. I find VA takes a while to treat.
