When I feel it’s built up (or that I need a break) I just feel a bit anaesthetised, is the best way of describing it, like it’s hard to get going in the morning, hard to motivate myself, like I’m breathing really shallowly, and I find it hard to get to sleep. It might not have built up, it might be that my own progesterone levels are high at that time and making it feel that way. Don’t worry, when you take it you will know if it feels right or not and whether you need to make adjustments. I would give it time though to figure it out and tweak it. Nothing really bad has happened solely due to my utrogestan. The breathing problems I had, I can keep at bay by having my window open a couple of inches at night funnily enough.
