getting_old, that is absolutely nuts. For a woman feeling so strongly that she wanted to become a man because she felt she had been born into the wrong body, then delaying the procedure just so that she can have a baby first, is disgusting, and I don't think she should not have been allowed to have a child. Signs of a very mixed up mind in my opinion. And what would become of the child's mind? And, if my doctor referred to me as a 'pregnant person', as opposed to a 'mother' I would be offended. It's like men and women, (who are happy to be plain and simply 'men and women') are not allowed have an opinion so as not offend the minority of people who wish to be recognised as something else. Are there parents that actually get their kids up for school in the morning and quite happily ask them what they shall be identifying as today? I'm sick of being told this is normal now, it really isn't. 'Otherkin' - someone who identifies as non human or not entirely human, and may identify as wolves, clouds, dragons or cartoon characters' REALLY!! Has this to be taken seriously? Do they still have sex education lessons in schools these days? How on earth do they tackle that now? It must be so confusing for young minds to get their heads round it all. I would hate to be young again.
