Listen to your body and if. your results happen to be 'within normal limits', ask for a referral to the appt. specialist because many GPs won't do any further investigations.

Me - OK thus far  8)

will do, isn't the weather glorious!

I'm home working but I might have to sit in the garden for half an hour  8)

Oh god it's too hot for me, I am waiting for winter! Glad you are enjoying it and seem happier though, is the itching sorted?

Hi Penguin

yes it's usually too hot for me but I've decided I missed most of this summer with being ill with cellulitis and then moving so, also thinking it can't be too bad in Sept as it's going to go cold soon, so I'll recover  ;D

So aiming to enjoy it this week where I can, but I've seen 28 degrees on the forecast, that might be too much for me at the moment.

Oh the itching, it's a lot better but not gone.  I've started washing and drying everything on a high heat, and I have pest control booked.  Problem is a lot less but not over as yet.  Saw a private GP in the end and it's not lice, but she suggested continue with the washing regime daily for another week as it seems to have taken away whatever was irritating my skin.

I have a rash on my leg, I forgot to mention that, ah well.  I'm pretty sure hormone treatment might be exacerbating skin stuff.

haven't been sleeping for a week, slept last night, but what with this heat, not a good combination and still going at a SNAIL'S PACE  >:(  Have a ton of work to do from home and it's not happening which means I'll be working all weekend (which is fine, atm I'd rather just have the pressure off), but frustrating.

Not a lot I can do about it, my health dictates atm

Well that sounds a bit better. I wonder if the washing and drying at high heat is removing some kind of irritant (environmental,  not creepy crawly I mean) that just wasn't coming out at lower.

Read your itching update and replied before seeing this. That's rubbish about sleep, I feel your pain!

Trip to a and e as my hospital team rang to say I have numerous blood clots in my lungs, a few more days without treatment and I wouldn't be here. Only 3 hour wait so not bad at all. Blood thinning injections for a month and then tablets. I'm on 12 meds a day so what's one more? Luckily I was able to get a disabled taxi to take me. I have various health issues but I live to fight another day. :)
