Worried - last week I was told the name of a person and within 10 mins., had forgotten it.  this is a person I see weekly  :-\

Yesterday I was told about a couple who I know vaguely moving into the village, names have escaped me  :o

Otherwise - it's too early to decide  ::)

So so tired  :-\

Yesterday I slept for hours and most of the night.   My head feels like it wants to go back to bed  :-\.  I began VitD this morning after a break of months.

I know I'm the minority, but I'm nervous about vitamin D.  I took it one day and then went out.  While in the cafe with my friend I had this strange quivering feeling all over, arms, torso, legs, etc.  It went away after about another half hour.  I have never had anything like it.  I googled (I know, shouldn't do that) and apparently it can trigger parkinson's symptoms in some, a minority I'm sure.  I will ask the doctor about it, we have parkinson's type illnesses in the family, but not my immediate family and I've never had anything like that before or since.

Of course I know it might not be the vit d and I know I'm probably fussing, but it's because so many are talking about the health benefits and I want them!   ;D

Getting over last night's upset stomach.  Doing some very slow (snail's pace) tidying and prepping lunch.

Snails are happy at their snail's pace.  I think.  Maybe I should be.

Unlikely to be the VitD.  MayB anxiety/excitement plus not eating B4 meeting your friend.  What time of day and had you eaten that morning?

Tired++.  Trying to keep awake whilst MotoGP Free practice takes place on TV from Argentina.

I'd have been exactly the same Kara, would've blamed the vit d immediately  ;D but like clkd says, most likely not that, takes a while for it to get into your system x

I hate long days atm  ;D

And I'll give the vitamin D another chance once I feel a bit more stable in general.  Too many alarms going off (because anything could mean cellulitis getting worse, even though often it's not).  I've got some butyrate supplements, meant to be excellent for health, and gut health in particular, but I'm not trying anything till I feel a bit better  ;D  otherwise I will think that's the cause, same with the ovestin, I'm waiting for a while.

chicken!
