She was going through her first heat cycle so she wasn't herself, so I didn't get to rest much. She was pretty clingy and had to pee almost every hour for a few days

Well we all know the 'need2P' scenario
- I think with bitches it's to let the boys know "I'm here lads"
Too early to decide

I wandered to the bathroom at 5.30 to find dark circles under my eyes
, I mean black: like I'd gone half a round with Frank Bruno. Not as bad now
Otherwise - it's too early to decide

Hope you’re feeling ok CLKD. Frank Bruno eh?
I’ve been feeling yucky today
………Jittery and typical anxiety symptoms. I haven’t had this for ages!
I always take utrogestan at bedtime and sertraline (for anxiety) in the morning but I, stupidly took both at bedtime last night (brain fog moment!) and have felt weird all day!
Surely one mistake with meds wouldn’t cause this, or could it??

Yep. Most of the capsule/pill is active ingredient. Have the feelings eased during the day?

Feeling back to normal today - hooray.
Mind you the Cockapoo is in the bad books. He decided to roll in a particularly pungent, juicy pile of poo this morning (and he is a lovely creamy colour normally - not this morning
- no treat for him on his return
