Sadly the NHS and other organisations close ranks ...... instead of listening to the people who pay their wages!

Your not alone with a bad stomach Castle Girl.
I’ve had to go gluten free, but there’s lots of foods that still give me bad wind. It amazes me how we just can’t go to sleep when we have trapped wind and bloating. 🤷🏼‍♀️  The main culprit for me now are onions. Which I had last night then afterwards, suffered all night and still have bloat now. 🤬 🤷🏼‍♀️

Done the shopping today, just managed to get in before the heavens opened.
Had some food, now feet up on here.

Monosodium glutamate jaypo - in many Chinese recipes.  If it's affecting you each time, why not give it up?

OK so far  :thankyou:

I'm sure it will be ok, but if things take a turn I'm going to speak up whether she wants to hear it or not.

Still having soreness and nipping pain in the lonely tooth, no symptoms in the socket next to it.  Have sent an e-mail to the surgery for my dentist to read on Tuesday.  Diet consists of Paracetamol, Nurofen, Bonjela: salt mouth washes  :-X : readybrek, soup, soft rolls, warmed custard ............ and now I've reflux from the medication  >:(

Well, she's been decent since I told her I was thinking of leaving.  The first two weeks have been ok.  I'm feeling now that the job is getting in the way of life, but I need the job so I can live my life. :-\

That's because you want to 'get on' ....... once I found things that I wanted to do and once colleagues became difficult to deal with ............ I became more and more irritated.

I've sat in the 🌞 for 10 mins.  Lovely  :-*

Over half my holiday with Covid and struggling with asthma. Just got a week and a bit left before we fly home. This Covid doesn’t hurry away, but at least we have the energy to drive the coast, which is close and plenty of it in the state of Maine. Away from people. The sea air has made a difference in my breathing and my peak flow reading was up a bit this evening. Like putting on an o2 mask! Must remember this with dealing with asthma with infection. Shame I can’t go and live by the sea. I’m just glad I didn’t catch one of the more vicious variants. This was bad enough.
