Tnx.  I've eaten 'better' so far today.  Sun is hot so pleased that we put off going out this morning.

Add making a dental appt. for 40 mins. for treatment doesn't help either  >:(

:thankyou:  everyone.  It amazes me every time how quickly I stop eating = nausea  :-\

Enjoyed watching the World Mountain Bike Champs. from France.  Crikey!  That's a circuit and a half.

Chicken curry I think again with rice.

Hi Castlegirl  :welcomemm:  mayB start a new thread to tell us more about yourself?  Which symptom would you like to ease, most have been discussed on here.  There is a good search button box .........  join in, we don't bite: unless there's a Y in the day ;-).  We have threads on most topics, even menopause.

Morning.  I had a wobbly from 7.30 p.m., I'm trying to sort out what gives me early evening wind = nausea.   >:(. I need to start a cutting out diet as I have an idea.

Didn't sleep until 2.15 :

At 3.10 a.m. I had that heartburn feeling in my throat - managed to get rid of wind downwards - it rarely lasts more than 45 mins. and by rubbing my belly symptoms eased.  Again, no idea what triggers it.

Managing a nice cup of tea and breakfast.  Will spend the day gently tidying.  Tnx jaypo but that doesn't take away the physicality.

Didn’t sleep well at all.
Had a terrible stomach, trapped wind, and was coughing a lot in the night. 🤷🏼‍♀️
Also had acid reflux, was too tired to get meds, so put up with it. ☹️
Better this morning, altho I’ve got backache. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ahh, thank you.
I should’ve got up and had some anti indigestion meds, but I was in such a mood, I couldn’t be arsed.  ;D
It is lonely in the dead of night, just laying there, and in my case, listening to OH snore. 🤬
All I think about is how to stop him, like smothering him with his own pillow.  ;D ;D

Today WILL be better, ha, it can’t get any worse! ……..can it?  ;D

You'd have to wrestle hard and long to get DH's pillow from underneath him  ;D

I was reading until my eyes became blurry.  When reflux hits I have to chew Rennies which are by the bed, ready.  Hate them  :-X

Going back a couple of pages to the suggestion of therapy - this is a real meander, bare with me ;-)

Many++ years ago I was asked what I thought about B4 a panic attack occurred.  :-\.  Well actually, nowt.  The therapist went on and on and ......... telling me that I *HAVE TO* have thoughts in order to panic.  I walked out of the session.  4 me it is physical.  I can put myself into situations where panic is likely to occur, thinking about it and I'm fine, though I keep looking over my left shoulder to see whether it's creeping up behind!

Today - taking it slowly.  Eating little and often.  There is hope on the horizon. Ask me again on Friday ;-)
